INCREDA is a platform for accelerating the development of the Bulgarian entrepreneurial ecosystem, strengthening the entrepreneurial culture and creating strategic policies making Bulgaria a desirable destination for entrepreneurs from all over the world.
Mission
We improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bulgaria and accelerate its development by investing in the knowledge economy, creating a decision-making culture based on independent, reliable and up-to-date research, data and analysis, activating cross-sector collaboration and effective dialogue between different actors, facilitating access and transfer of best practices, supporting the creation of strategic policies for the effective and sustainable development of entrepreneurship.
OUR SERVICES
Research and analysis
Our aim is to study the dynamic development of entrepreneurship in Bulgaria, to highlight trends and specificities, to compare where the country is on the international entrepreneurial map and to seek and propose solutions for the continuous improvement of the ecosystem through the transfer of best practices and strengthening of the entrepreneurial infrastructure.
Trainings
Periodic and targeted trainings which are key to developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem, where we create individual programs tailored to the profile of users, their measured specific needs and set goals. The trainings increase knowledge and practical skills for working with data – searching, verifying, collecting, analyzing, promoting and putting the results of the analysis into practice.
Programs
Entrepreneurship requires a holistic approach, so we develop comprehensive programs with a complex set of activities, lasting over time and involving different actors. They enable the deployment of a multi-dimensional intervention in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, track progress and improvements, test innovative strategies and pilot experimental models.
Consulting
INCREDA’s team is made up of professionals in different fields with an entrepreneurial intersection. These are practitioners with extensive experience as financiers, entrepreneurs, trainers, active participants in policy-making to support entrepreneurship, trainers, lawyers.
Clubs
The creation of supportive communities by maintaining membership clubs for different profiles of participants united around the idea of realization as entrepreneurs. The real benefits for the participants are finding like-minded people, partners, and associates, getting the support and mentoring needed in the process of strengthening any entrepreneurial venture, gaining experience and practical knowledge, and sharing best practices and how to implement them.
Events & Initiatives
Creation of spaces for intersectoral dialogue by organizing events in the field of entrepreneurship in different formats and themes. INCREDA has a wide network of contacts / partners and seeks to enrich each event with complementary expertise, perspectives, and interdisciplinarity. We organize large-scale events with broad representation and concrete results.

Iskren Krusteff
Chairman of the Managing Board
Expert in entrepreneurial ecosystem development, focusing on sustainable business models, partnerships, and innovative approaches. He has senior executive experience in the public and private sectors, managing businesses, programs, and projects with large-scale teams and budgets across the EU, including the UK Financial Services Regulator. Mentor of 500+ startups and scaleups privately and in various entrepreneurship programs (such Start It Smart, Endeavor Bulgaria). Public speaker.
Veneta Andonova, PhD
Member of the Managing Board
University Professor at the Universidad de los Andes School of Management and Dean of the Department of Administration. Dedicated to creating and adapting business strategies in developing and transition countries. She supports young entrepreneurs and initiatives as a trainer and mentor, and helps companies explore workable and innovative business models applicable in environments with serious social and economic challenges.
Svetozar Georgiev
Member of the Managing Board
Technology entrepreneur and investor, one of the founders of the IT company “Telerik” and the established “Telerik Academy” and “Campus X” for training IT professionals – children and adults. He has made it his mission to support Bulgarian IT companies and startups in their development, strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and turning it into a powerful force for positive change in Bulgaria.
Mira Krusteff
Member of the Managing Board
A social entrepreneur with experience in the non-profit sector, developing partnerships and networks, implementing large-scale events and moderating cross-sector dialogue. Expert in data gathering, producing reports and analysis on the topics of entrepreneurship, education and innovation. Experienced in event management of high profile events for the Urban Age project of the London School of Economics and the Alfred Herrhausen Society Foundation. International experience as project manager and consultant in the Higher education rector. Currently an executive director of Entrepreneurs in class.
Adriana Ppopova, PhD
Member
Adriana has a Master’s degree in National Security and Bachelor’s degree in Finance. Serial entrepreneur and strategy consultant in technology, telecommunications, finance, healthcare and media. Advisor in the fields of economics, international relations, security. Chief of Staff in several Bulgarian governments. Founder of A Data Pro. She is currently Deputy Minister in the Ministry of e-Government.
Georgi Chisuse

Georgi Chisuse is an attorney-at-law, registered with the Sofia Bar Association, and holds a Master’s degree in International Business Law from King’s College London. Prior to starting his private practice and entrepreneurial ventures, Georgi was a member of the Banking & Finance team of the Sofia office of Wolf Theiss. Gerogi specialises in the legal structure and regulatory framework in the blockchain space, international finance law, litigation and M&A. His client portfolio consists mainly of domestic and international innovative start-ups and large-scale IT companies. The international team of lawyers he leads has contributed to the growth of numerous entrepreneurial ventures.
Malina Krumova

She has extensive experience in project and programme management in various sectors. Since 2007 she has worked in public administration and has held expert and managerial positions. From her experience in public policy making, she understands that innovation and entrepreneurship are mindsets that need to change above all in the country’s administration, legislation and governance. Only partnership between the public and private sectors can create an environment that supports creativity and development.
Milena Nilolova, PhD

PhD in Consumer Behavior and Sustainable Tourism from the George Washington University School of Business. A leading expert in behavioral economics, he researches and proposes tactics that increase the positive impact of travel. Speaker at global and regional travel industry events on topics related to her expertise. Over 13 years of experience as an academic and researcher at George Washington University, American University. Currently a bidding entrepreneur with BehaviourSMART.
Peter Sharkov
Member
Petаr has experience in starting and managing organizations, as well as in building educational programs and introducing new techniques and methodologies in training. He is the co-founder of Start It Smart – one of the leading organizations supporting the development of the entrepreneurial community in Bulgaria, playing an important role in building the vision and sustainable development of the organization, where he initiated and led the first re-accelerator in Bulgaria for budding entrepreneurs. From 2013 to 2015, he was the President of Start It Smart, and since 2015 he has been a member of its board. Currently, he is the director of Telerik School Academy.
