Smart decisions, backed by data
INCREDA is a platform for accelerating the development of the Bulgarian entrepreneurial ecosystem, strengthening the entrepreneurial culture and creating strategic policies making Bulgaria a desirable destination for entrepreneurs from all over the world.
We improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bulgaria and accelerate its development by investing in the knowledge economy, creating a decision-making culture based on independent, reliable and up-to-date research, data and analysis, activating cross-sector collaboration and effective dialogue between different actors, facilitating access and transfer of best practices, supporting the creation of strategic policies for the effective and sustainable development of entrepreneurship.
Research and analysis
Our aim is to study the dynamic development of entrepreneurship in Bulgaria, to highlight trends and specificities, to compare where the country is on the international entrepreneurial map and to seek and propose solutions for the continuous improvement of the ecosystem through the transfer of best practices and strengthening of the entrepreneurial infrastructure.
Periodic and targeted trainings which are key to developing the entrepreneurial ecosystem, where we create individual programs tailored to the profile of users, their measured specific needs and set goals. The trainings increase knowledge and practical skills for working with data – searching, verifying, collecting, analyzing, promoting and putting the results of the analysis into practice.
Entrepreneurship requires a holistic approach, so we develop comprehensive programs with a complex set of activities, lasting over time and involving different actors. They enable the deployment of a multi-dimensional intervention in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, track progress and improvements, test innovative strategies and pilot experimental models.
INCREDA’s team is made up of professionals in different fields with an entrepreneurial intersection. These are practitioners with extensive experience as financiers, entrepreneurs, trainers, active participants in policy-making to support entrepreneurship, trainers, lawyers.
The creation of supportive communities by maintaining membership clubs for different profiles of participants united around the idea of realization as entrepreneurs. The real benefits for the participants are finding like-minded people, partners, and associates, getting the support and mentoring needed in the process of strengthening any entrepreneurial venture, gaining experience and practical knowledge, and sharing best practices and how to implement them.
